Role Summary:

Deliver HR operational services support to regional HR customers and respond to inquiries related to:

• Employee / Manager self-service transactions

• Position Management
• New hires & pre-hire onboarding
• Voluntary Terminations
• General pay and benefits
• HR policy and HR portal navigation

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer requests and provide guidance to associates and managers
• Consistently execute HR processes, using case management, chat and telephony
• Provide guidance to associates and managers on self-service transactions and navigating the HR portal
• Research solutions to HR customer inquiries and escalate as needed
• Understand and be able to communicate HR policies, processes, and procedures
• Exceptional customer service, emotional intelligence and empathy • Excellent probing abilities, to identify true need from customer
• Resourcefulness and ability to find answers quickly
• Thorough with responses to inquiries and issues
• Adaptable to different customer types and situations
• Technologically savvy to improve and automate activities
• Knowledge of the full HR operations solution and intersection points
• Language expertise based on language strategy

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in working with manufacturing, engineering, or sales teams.
• Experience in Workday.
