The ideal candidate has:

• Experience recruiting for at least 2 years.
• Experience managing admin, finance, legal and mid to high level roles.
• Massive recruitment experience is a plus.
• Conversational English is a must.
• Experience recruiting or supporting projects in the US is needed
• Ability to work remotely, all candidates located in the Mexican Republic can apply for this job.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, and screening candidates in the US for different clients.
• Responsible for initial interviews, and follow-up with candidates.
• Maintains positive relationships exceeding the expectations of clients and candidates.
• Fill trackers in Excel or ATS accurately and order fulfillment activity.
• Respond to candidate questions, suggestions, and grievances.
