Funciones Principales:

• Es responsable de asegurar la correcta aplicación de la cobranza en el sistema
• Asegurar que se cumplan todos los servicios comprometidos a los cierres acorde a calendario establecido.
• Elaboración y análisis de información y reportes a clientes (diarios, semanales y mensuales)
• Seguimiento a pendientes, planes de acción, monitoreo y propuestas de mejora.
• Revisión y preparación de información para el monitoreo y cumplimiento de los controles
• Actualización de procesos, elaboración de flujos y creación de Hand-offs
• Comunicación constante con sus clientes y con su equipo para asegurar un servicio de calidad

Requisitos:

• Contador Público, Administrador de Empresas, Finanzas o carrera afin titulado
• 2+ años de experiencia como analista de crédito y cobranza y/o analista financiero.
• Capacidad de Análisis e Integración de datos y Registro de Cuentas
• Monitoreo, seguimiento y solución a problemas
• Manejo de bases de datos (macros, tablas dinámicas, filtros)
• Manejo de herramientas de Microsoft Office
• Conocimientos de JDE y/o ERP's afines
• Previa experiencia trabajando con sistemas de Facturación ( Contpaq)
• Inglés intermedio - Deseable
• Organizado, analítico, práctico
• Actitud positiva, colaborativo
• Excelente actitud de servicio al cliente
