Summary of position

Implement, monitor, and maintain the quality system based on AS9100D for Reynosa facility.

Main Requierements & Skills

Proven history of implementing and maintaining quality system - preferable AS9100.

Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing and training requirements. IPC certification +

Good written and verbal skills - history of hosting external audits and customer audits.

Knowledge of Microsoft Tools - experience in development of process workflows +

College Graduate - experience with Quality systems.

Certified ISO Auditor.

Bilingual (English - Spanish)

Main Responsabilities

Co-ordinate the implementation of Quality System based on AS9100 requirements.

Develop internal audit plan and coordinate internal audits with trained team to assess quality system. Certify the team of internal auditors to AS9100 standard.

Oversee document control processes to ensure compliance with customer and AS9100 standards.

Oversee training programs and ensure compliance with PCBA standards such as IPC and J-Standard.

Oversee quality system, provide independent check, and report out on non-conformances within performance of quality system.
