As we expand, we are looking for motivated Call Center representatives to join our team and help drive our mission forward!

What You'll Do

Generate and qualify leads through outreach, Outbound calls

Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy

Conduct site assessments and create customized solar proposals

Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets

Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in lead generation, or a similar role
• High proficiency in English, spoken and written
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven attitude
• Strong ability to handle objections and build relationships
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
