This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the development and implementation of strategies to meet our organization's goals. The successful candidate has excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Are You Looking to:

• Follow up on shipping promises to the customer, follow up consignment reports and meet special customer's needs.
• Lead regular supplier production reviews to ensure needed capacity and on-time delivery.
• Manage basic and advanced planning parameters to ensure optimal net requirements planning.
• Monitor inventory levels to mitigate stockouts while maintaining cost effective operational expenses.
• Compiles personnel assignment schedules for production department in manufacturing plant.

Are You Ready to:

• Address issues regarding quality and production.
• Produce reports based on findings and performance of production.
• Manage deadlines based on project expectations.
• Coordinate with the supply chain department on production needs.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge and understanding of ORACLE system and their use in manufacturing.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
