Internship Description
In your one year paid-internship you will:

• Provide direct support to employees, HR colleagues, and management by assisting with various HR-related tasks and requests.
• Respond to questions regarding HR policies, programs, and procedures, or route them to the appropriate team member when needed.
• Handle inquiries through internal systems, email, or phone in a professional and helpful manner.
• Assist with processing electronic and paper-based forms related to HR transactions and employee lifecycle activities.
• Enter and update employee information in the HR system/database accurately and on time.
• Support general administrative tasks within the HR Service Center to help ensure smooth operations.

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Graduation date: Summer 2026
• Language: Fluent in English
• Attention to Detail: Ability to assist with accurate documentation and processes under guidance.
• Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Organization Skills: Willingness to support multiple tasks while learning time management techniques.
• Problem Solving: Curiosity to identify challenges and suggest ideas for improvement under supervision.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work in a team environment and build professional relationships.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in HR: Genuine interest in human resources and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.

Internship Benefits:

• $2,940 gross pesos per week
• $250 food voucher per week
• Vacation days and Christmas bonus

• Hybrid model: 2 days remote, 3 days on-site
• Part-time schedule: 5 hours/day, Monday to Friday (mornings)
