Integrated Customer Service Coordinator.
Objective:
Responsible for managing relationships with our key clients, ensuring satisfaction and meeting their needs. Additionally, they will oversee operations and guarantee compliance with all procedures and quality standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Preferred: Project management certification or MBA or Master's in Logistics.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B business coordination, projects, BPO and industrial operations management.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Own vehicle.
• Willingness to travel.
Experience and knowledge:
Human Resources: Recruitment, training, and personnel management.
Indirect purchasing.
Accounts payable.
International trade: IMMEX.
Companies REPSE.
Responsibilities:
• Quality management: Ensure that all processes are followed correctly and that quality standards are met, both internally and those established by the client.
• Customer relationship: Maintain constant communication with clients, address their requests, resolve problems, and ensure their satisfaction.
• Team coordination: Organize and coordinate the activities of the teams in charge, ensuring that the established objectives are met.
• Personnel supervision: Evaluate employee performance, identify training needs, and provide the necessary support for their development.
• Change management: Implement and manage changes in processes, systems, and procedures, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Data analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and make evidence-based decisions.
• Regulatory compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Business development: Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Problem solving: Solve problems efficiently and effectively, minimizing the impact on customers and operations.
• Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on the status of operations and results obtained.
We offer:
• Base salary before taxes: $45,000 - $50,000 MXN depending on experience.
• In-person work from Monday to Friday.
