We're on the lookout for an outstanding Facebook Media Buyer to join our partner's marketing team. As a Facebook (Meta) Media Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our partner's brand's digital presence, collaborating with various teams, and contributing to overall marketing and sales strategies. What You'll Do

• Develop robust Meta advertising strategies that sync seamlessly with marketing and sales objectives, from lead generation to conversions.
• Create compelling and visually appealing ad content that resonates with the target audience and mirrors our partner's brand's identity.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team, harmonizing your expertise with theirs to bring campaigns to life.
• Lead campaigns from start to finish - set up, budget management, precise targeting, and optimal scheduling.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, extracting valuable insights and trends to optimize ongoing and future campaigns effectively.
• Drive A/B testing initiatives to refine ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies for better performance.
• Collaborate with the data analytics team to ensure accurate tracking, precise measurement, and insightful reporting.
• Align Facebook advertising strategies with broader marketing goals and promotional activities in coordination with the marketing team.
• Collaborate with the sales team, translating customer personas and sales goals into compelling ad targeting and messaging.
• Stay ahead of the curve by staying updated on Facebook's advertising platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
• Effectively communicate campaign strategies, performance updates, and insights to internal stakeholders and team members.

What You Need

• You boast 2+ years of experience in the media landscape, ideally in the online coaching/influencer industry.
• Manage a minimum of $100k+/month in monthly ad spend - you're well-versed in handling scale.
• Achieved a 2.5X ROAS at scale in the online coaching/influencer industry.
• Familiarity with Amazon FBA is a bonus, but not essential.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Collaboration is your strength - Capacity to work seamlessly with creatives, marketers, and sales professionals.
• Proficiency in data tracking tools and reporting platforms to gauge campaign performance.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns and meeting deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex ideas with clarity and campaign updates effectively.
• Generate innovative ideas for ad content and campaign strategies.
• Previous experience collaborating with sales teams is advantageous.
• Familiarity with other advertising platforms and practices is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

• This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
• The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
• Work from home.
• Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.
