We are hiring a SAP Specialist based in Puebla.

Key requirements:

• 8 plus years of SAP HCM implementation, development, testing and support experience.
• 8 plus years of experience in SAP Personnel Administration, Org. Management, Time Management, Payroll implementation, ERP integration and support is a must.
• Mexico SAP payroll, legal knowledge, Vacation premium, CFDI and other legal reporting knowledge is a must.
• Knowledge of Success Factors to SAP integration
• Able to convert Business requirements into Functional and Technical requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• English advanced

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Success Factors Employee central & past work experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of HR ABAP and being able to debug programs and custom report to troubleshoot issues and analyze existing programs for changes and enhancements is required. Ability to develop new programs in SAP using ABAP programming.
