What you will do?

Sr Automation Analyst is responsible for providing support to HRSSC Americas functional areas to comply with Continuous Improvement standards. This role will work closely with functional areas to design, develop, and implement improvements in process performance based on desktop applications and simple-to-medium complex automations.

How you will do it?

• Identifies technical solutions that meet emerging needs and improve efficiency of processes.
• Implements and maintains applications including configuration, updates, testing, troubleshooting.
• Keeps technical documentation for each application or solution up to date.
• Consults with process owners, supervisors and managers key process improvement opportunities and supports the transformation of high quality, process execution throughout the HRSSC organization.
• Evaluate work related issues and suggest technology remediation to resolve issues.
• Act as a change agent to improve existing processes. Can engage in driving local programs on various efforts aligned to culture and engagement.
• Provides reports to HRSSC Leadership on project status and key deliverables.
• Supports efforts to increase HRSSC service portfolio through application developments that can increase productivity and release capacity.
• Offers guidance, tips, and shares best practices in the use of the systems and platforms used in the HRSSC.

What are we looking for?

• Implementation of advanced macros in Excel.
• Ability to design, build and deploy MS Power Platform systems (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Experienced in .NET and Visual Studio.
• Hands-on development experience on SharePoint
• High Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
• Able to handle large amounts of data in excel or other database programs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong process orientation; demonstrated experience in planning and execution.
• High English Proficiency (written and spoken), capable of delivering presentations in English.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand and successfully develop partnerships with customers and peers.
• Detail oriented.
• High Customer Service orientation
