JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Marketing Designer to create visually compelling and performance-driven content across digital platforms. This role combines strong design expertise with marketing strategy, making you a key contributor to both creative development and campaign execution.
As a Marketing Designer, you will play a central role in developing brand-consistent assets, managing client-specific marketing calendars, and crafting impactful campaigns that align with business goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and execute inbound and outbound marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and manage monthly content calendars customized for each client.
- Create high-quality visuals and layouts for a variety of formats, including social media posts, digital ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and promotional materials.
- Write or assist with crafting compelling marketing copy to support visual content when needed.
- Maintain and reinforce brand consistency across all client accounts and communication platforms.
- Stay informed on design and marketing trends to keep creative assets innovative and competitive.
- Monitor and optimize content performance using data and feedback.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, ad managers (Meta, Google Ads), and email marketing tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, brand alignment and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Solid writing skills for crafting clear, persuasive marketing messages.
- Experience in graphic or marketing design, with a strong marketing background.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- Excellent English skills (reading, writing and speaking)
