Managing Director – General Manager

A well-established company with national and international operations is seeking a General Manager to lead its business strategy and overall operations. This is a confidential executive-level search focused on identifying a strong, results-oriented leader with a proven track record in driving organizational performance and sustainable growth.

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee all company operations with a focus on strategic execution, operational efficiency, and team leadership.
Develop and implement business plans aligned with the company's objectives.
Supervise key functions such as finance, commercial, operations, and human capital.
Strengthen internal processes to ensure financial targets and business goals are achieved.
Represent the company with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Foster a high-performance, ethical, and collaborative organizational culture.

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive leadership roles, preferably as General Manager, Country Manager, or equivalent.
Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
Demonstrated success in strategic planning, financial oversight, and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong skills in negotiation and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers and clients.
Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
Valid passport and visa required.
Solid understanding of import/export processes is highly preferred.
Experience in industries such as petrochemical, manufacturing, or industrial processes is desirable.
Experience in structured, results-driven business environments.
