ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for assisting the sales manager to formulate sales contracts, placing sales orders, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of orders placed, and providing support for the smooth flow of the sales process.
2. Responsible for assisting the sales manager and customer docking order details in a timely manner, statistical sales data, collection of payments, remind the sales manager to collect overdue payments, to ensure the smooth implementation of the order.
3. Responsible for assisting the Finance Manager, verifying and completing invoicing information, and completing the invoicing process.
4. Docking with the logistics department, delivering shipping and logistics information, and assisting the sales manager to provide customers with necessary, real-time inventory information in a timely manner according to the inventory information provided by the operations department, in order to support sales decision-making and customer service.
5. Responsible for dealer agreement management, contract management and management of various sales related documents to ensure the safety and order of documents and assets.
6. Accounts receivable management, timely delivery of customer payment information to the sales manager, timely reminder of the sales manager for the recovery of goods, the contract implementation process for customer credit review and control
Qualifications:
- Experience of 2 more years as Sales Assistant
- Conversational English.
- Organized, Responsible, Social, Creative, Analytical.
- Woman.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8 a. m. to 5:06 p. m.
