High-impact sales role for a proven commercial talent with knowledge of aluminum extrusion. Based in Mexico, managing and growing key accounts across Latin America with support from a global technical team.

Description
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts across Mexico and Latin America
- Act as the primary commercial contact for clients in the extrusion industry
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
- Coordinate closely with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions
- Conduct regular client visits and maintain high call frequency
- Gather technical and commercial inputs for accurate quoting
- Report to the global sales team and maintain alignment with HQ strategy
- Use tools like Microsoft Excel to track KPIs (sales growth, margin, activity)
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
Profile
A successful Sales Leader should have:
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial B2B sales, preferably in extrusion
- Solid understanding of aluminum extrusion processes; die casting is a plus
- Strong commercial drive and proven closing ability
- Advanced English; capable of working with global teams and clients
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter attitude with high autonomy and accountability
- Willingness to travel extensively across Mexico and Latin America
- Engineering background or technical affinity is a strong asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; CRM tools nice to have
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to align with global and local teams
