Internship DescriptionDuring your internship, you will learn how to:

• Analyze Data: Support the collection and analysis of HR metrics to understand trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Document Processes: Assist in drafting and organizing HR processes to help ensure clarity and consistency.
• Support Projects: Collaborate on HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and process improvements, under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Coordinate Training: Help with the logistics and materials for training sessions while learning about planning and coordination.
• Communicate Internally: Draft basic communications related to HR initiatives and gain experience in corporate messaging.
• Engage Employees: Contribute to planning employee engagement activities and collecting feedback through surveys.
• Use HR Tools: Learn to navigate and support HR software tools, including helping colleagues with basic troubleshooting.
• Support Compliance Efforts: Assist with tracking compliance with company policies and HR regulations.
• Conduct Research: Research HR trends and best practices to contribute new ideas and recommendations.

• Currently studying: Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Graduation timeline: Expected to graduate by Summer 2026.
• Eager to learn: Interested in gaining practical experience and developing your skills in a real-world setting.
• Analytical learner: Comfortable working with data and willing to develop your skills in Excel or other analysis tools.
• Detail-oriented: Learning to spot inconsistencies and contribute to accurate documentation and processes.
• Effective communicator: Working on your verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members.
• Language: Capable of working in an English-speaking environment

Internship Benefits:

• $2,940 gross pesos per week
• $250 food voucher per week
• Vacation days and Christmas bonus
• Cafeteria subsidy
• Hybrid model: 2 days remote, 3 days on-site
• Part-time schedule: 5 hours/day, Monday to Friday (mornings)
