We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join our team. Are you a seasoned React developer who is passionate about clean UI, reusability, and component-driven design systems? This may be the role for you!

What You'll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)

The Lead Frontend Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining performant, scalable, and visually consistent interfaces using React. You will work closely with backend developers, product managers, and designers to bring user-focused solutions to life. A strong emphasis will be placed on reusable component libraries, documented in Storybook, and integration with a PHP-based backend system.

- Lead a team of frontend developers, promoting best practices and providing mentorship to other team members

- Build responsive, accessible, and intuitive UI components using React, strictly aligned with the established design system and UI/UX specifications

- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend applications with PHP-based APIs

- Develop and maintain a reusable component library using Storybook to ensure consistency with the design system

- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and regular team collaboration

- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend performance issues, bugs, and edge cases

- Contribute to the improvement of our frontend development practices and tooling

- Ensure frontend code meets high standards for maintainability, security, and scalability

What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development using React

- Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS

- Demonstrated experience using Storybook to build, document, and maintain UI component libraries

- Familiarity with PHP-based backend systems is preferred

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration

- Experience with Git and modern CI/CD practices

- Strong debugging skills and attention to detail

- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills

- Proven ability to deliver high-quality software in an Agile environment

What We'd Love to See (Preferred Qualifications)

- Experience with Redux, Zustand, or similar state management libraries

- Familiarity with automated testing tools like Jest or React Testing Library

- Previous experience contributing to design systems or shared UI libraries

- Exposure to Vite, Webpack, or other modern frontend build tools

- Understanding of accessibility best practices and WCAG guidelines
