Job Description:
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about helping others, and has a strong background in healthcare-related sales or customer service. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in building trust and delivering excellent support—both in English and Spanish.
Requirements:
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written proficiency)
• Previous sales experience
• Availability to work full-time on Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
• Prior experience in sales or customer service with US-based companies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM platforms and call center software
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
• Provide accurate information about products and services in both English and Spanish
• Convert leads into customers through effective communication and sales techniques
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and industry trends
• Document interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system
• Meet and exceed performance metrics and KPIs
Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:36 pm
Salary:
Base Gross Monthly Salary: $20,000
Bonus and Commissions: up to $10,000
