Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de Data Analyst para unirse a nuestro equipo:

• Zona de trabajo: Cuauhtemoc, CDMX
• Horario de trabajo: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 19:00 hs. (2 horas de comida)
• Modalidad de trabajo: Híbrido

¿Cuál es tu día a día?

• Generar una relación fuerte, estrecha y estable con el cliente que permita, en conjunto, maximizar la información.
• Elaborar los Meses de Servicio de Agua, Energía, rentas y predal.
• Identificar en los meses de Servicio áreas de oportunidad e implementar las mejoras necesarias para optimizar el proceso.
• Solicitud y seguimiento a los anticipos de agua y predial desde su dotación hasta la correcta comprobación de estos.
• Conciliación mensual de las cuentas correspondientes a predial, agua Rentas, ATM's y Multiasistencia.
• Emitir reportes y presentaciones ejecutivas proyectando las desviaciones existentes entre los pagos y presupuestos de las cuentas.
• Realizar estimaciones necesarias de consumos relacionados con Energía Eléctrica y Agua.
• Realizar los informes enviados a Holding y sustentabilidad coorporativa.
• Realizar ajustes y estimaciones necesarias al presupuesto de energía eléctrica, Agua, Predial y Rentas con la finalidad de que su comportamiento sea el más adecuado.
• Apoyar en proyectos especiales.
• Mejora continua en todos los procesos a su cargo.

Experiencia y habilidades técnicas deseadas

• Dominio Avanzado de Excel ( macros, tablas dinamicas, se realizara prueba)
• minimo 3 años de experiencia en puestos similares de preferencia en sector Real state.
• Creacion y administracion de Bases de Datos
• Power BI (deseable)
• Carrera Tecnica, Pasante o trunco en carreras administrativas o informatica
