This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to support the analytics products we provide to our clients. You will work closely with leadership, development, and operational teams to develop insightful dashboards, maintain data pipelines, and ensure our BI tools are leveraged effectively.

- Complete onboarding and gain a full understanding of ProfitCoach's data ecosystem, tools, and reporting needs.
- Assess and provide recommendations on current BI initiatives, identifying quick-win opportunities for improvement.
- Execute migration of client data to a new BI platform, including...
- Establishing a scalable data infrastructure that supports company growth.
- Implementing optimizations for data storage and ETL/data pipelines.
- Provide an initial report on data accuracy, integrity, and areas for improvement.
- Propose new opportunities to leverage BI tools for process automation and efficiency.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain data warehouses and storage systems.
- Develop/maintain compelling dashboards using BI tools such as Domo and ClicData.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and governance best practices.
- Utilize Excel, Google Sheets, and Zapier to streamline workflows and enhance data processes.
- Build, manage, and optimize data connections, APIs, and ETL/data pipelines.
- Work cross-functionally to support product development and maintenance needs and drive operational process automation.
- Stay current with BI trends and recommend new technologies or methodologies to improve efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in business intelligence and data manipulation
- Proven experience in data warehousing, ETL development, and API integration.
- Experienced in BI tools such as Tableau, Domo, Power BI, ClicData, or Looker.
- SQL knowledge for data extraction and transformation.
- Experience working with Excel, Google Sheets, and automation tools like Zapier.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
