We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Setter to join our team and play a key role in our investor acquisition funnel. You'll be the first point of contact for potential investors, responsible for initiating conversations, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our closing team. Responsibilities
- Promptly follow up with inbound investor leads via email, SMS, phone, or DMs.
- Pre-qualify leads by asking guided questions to assess fit, interest, and intent.
- Set high-quality appointments for our Investor Relations team.
- Maintain clean CRM records, track key metrics, and document objections or concerns.
- Coordinate closely with marketing to give feedback on lead quality and funnel performance.
- Deliver an excellent first impression of our brand and create trust with potential investors.
- Hit weekly KPIs for response time, appointment volume, and show-up rate.
Requirements
- Native-level or nearly flawless proficiency in English.
- Sales-driven with a "hunter" mentality-you enjoy chasing down leads and booking calls.
- Highly organized and tech-savvy (CRM tools, automated workflows, etc.)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Prior experience in sales, appointment setting, or high-ticket funnels is a plus.
- Experience with investors, fundraising, or financial services is a strong bonus.
