Education:

Industrial or Electronics Engineering degree.
90% English
Certifications desired:Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Experience: 5 years of related experience.

Lean Manufacturing Tools deployment based on the opportunities that are in the process mapping (VSM, SIPOC) and income statements (P&L).
Statistical analysis.
Recognition Program awards and participation in Lean initiatives.

Knowledge :

Industrial basic concepts (Std time, Layout design, takt time, capacity analysis)
Lean manufacturing tools (5Ss, 6Ms, 5Ws, SIPOC, VSM, Nakao's flows, 7 wastes, AMEF, Ishikawa, SMED, TPM, Kanban, Heijunka, Jidoka, OEE, PDCA, Kaizen, DMAIC, etc)
Statistics tools (inferential statistics, Descriptive statistics, DOE, etc)
Minitab
G Suite / Microsoft office (Mainly Google sheets / Excel)

Others desirred:

Electronic Manufacturing Process (Screen Printing, Reflow Oven, Pin Through Hole, Wave Soldering, ICT, Test).
Flexim

Responsibilities:

KPIs tracking (Mainly Scrap KPI)
Data hard analysis
Processes mapping for improvement opportunities detection through all value chain (Internal supply chain, production process and office (SIPOC, VSM, others)
Daily Kaizen
Improvement projects alignement
Lean Manufacturing culture deployment
Lean Manufacturing tools and methodology training to engineering levels
Standardization to give it a radical change at plant image
Improve visual factory in assemble stations.
