A Sales Manager is required to lead a dedicated sales team in the Mining industry, driving sales growth and forging strong relationships with key clients in Mexico.

Description
The main responsibilities are:
- Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends to develop effective sales strategies.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our property solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Report on sales results, market conditions, and competition data.
Profile
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting clients' needs.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise in the property sector.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients while paying strict attention to detail.
