Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate current trade processes with internal and external stakeholders.
- Define and implement future trade strategies based on sales and cost-to-serve analysis.
- Manage end-to-end drop shipments and export operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Analyze trade data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
- Optimize trade operations for greater efficiency and performance.
- Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and cross-functional internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and deliver detailed reports and presentations on trade performance and project status.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in trade and logistics activities.
- Ensure adherence to LATAM trade regulations and company policies.
- Provide training and support on best practices in trade and project management.
- Strong grasp of global trade practices and LATAM regulations.
- Familiarity with supply chain and logistics principles.
- Awareness of economic trends affecting trade.
- Advanced data analysis and interpretation capabilities.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Collaborate effectively across departments and teams.
- Adapt to changing regulatory and market environments.
- Proactively identify and solve operational issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in trade analysis, logistics, and project management.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Proficient with project management and data analysis tools.
- Solid understanding of international trade regulations and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent and team-oriented work ethic.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
