We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute the marketing strategy. This position plays a critical role in strengthening our brand positioning, generating qualified leads, and supporting the company's growth objectives in both national and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
Design and implement the annual marketing strategy aligned with the business goals of each unit.
Define and monitor marketing KPIs, ROI and performance metrics.
Develop segmentation, value proposition and go-to-market plans for each segment.
Brand and Communication
Strengthen brand presence in B2B.
Lead external communication strategies, including PR, events, media presence, and digital campaigns.
Oversee the development of marketing materials, product sheets, corporate presentations and content for different audiences.
Digital Marketing and Demand Generation
Drive lead generation campaigns through digital channels (SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, email marketing, etc.).
Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging, support pipeline growth and enable account-based marketing (ABM).
Market Intelligence and Product Positioning
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine positioning.
Collaborate with product and commercial teams to design effective product launch strategies.
Team and Stakeholder Management
Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team and external agencies.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields (Master's preferred).
8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in telecom, IT or infrastructure industries.
Solid understanding of marketing for complex B2B environments.
Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and digital tools (CRM, automation platforms, analytics).
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
Strong leadership, analytical and project management abilities.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of wholesale telecom.
Experience in lead nurturing, customer journeys and sales enablement tools.
Familiarity with ESG communication or investor branding is a plus.
