Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Photo Editor to join our fast-paced creative team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience editing high-end real estate and architectural photography and be able to consistently deliver polished, magazine-quality images. This role requires strong technical proficiency in both Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, a solid understanding of multi-exposure blending techniques, and the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and retouch large volumes of real estate and commercial images with a consistent, high-end aesthetic.
• Perform advanced exposure blending using Photoshop layer masks (e.g., manual compositing of flash and ambient exposures, screen and colour blending, window pulls).
• Carry out precise colour correction, tonal adjustments, and perspective correction to meet client and brand standards.
• Straighten verticals/horizontals and correct lens distortion.
• Conduct Lightroom adjustments for global tone and colour balance consistency across full property sets.
• Implement background replacement, object removal, sky replacements, and light retouching as needed.
• Manage client-driven revisions with quick turnaround (typically within 24 hours).
• Maintain organized file structures and follow internal backup protocols.
• Collaborate closely with team lead, photo editing team and photographers to ensure quality and consistency.
• Contribute to the development of editing guidelines and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of professional photo editing experience (real estate, architectural, commercial portrait, or e-commerce).
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
• Strong understanding of:
  >> Manual multi-exposure blending using masks and blend modes.
  >> Colour correcting, compositing, masking, and retouching.
  >> Lightroom workflows for global adjustments and batch editing.
• Meticulous attention to detail with an eye for composition, lighting, and realism.
• Ability to meet tight daily and weekly deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative when solving editing challenges.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with twilight image editing and virtual staging workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-based editing tools (e.g., Luminar, ImagenAI).
• Light graphic design or video frame editing experience.
