Key Technical Requirements
Front-end: React
Back-end: Node.js
Cloud Infrastructure: AWS preferred
Integration: Experience with synchronous APIs and asynchronous, event-based systems (e-commerce, SAP, internal systems)
Code Quality: Maintainable code, strong testing practices, and active participation in code reviews
Business Understanding: Ability to challenge and improve business workflows during analysis
Soft Skills: Strong communication, proactive collaboration with UX and Product teams
Experience Level and Role Expectations
Senior Position: Solid experience in both front-end and back-end
Mid-Level Position: Can have a stronger back-end focus
Experience Required: Between 3 to 7 years, depending on the role
Time Zone: Availability for at least 6 hours of overlap with Pacific Time (PST)
