We are seeking a Senior Pega System Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable solutions using the Pega platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Pega architecture, workflow automation, and system integration, ensuring the delivery of high-performance applications aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development experience, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT teams

Senior Pega System Architect

As a Senior Pega System Architect, you will:
We are seeking a Senior Pega System Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable solutions using the Pega platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Pega architecture, workflow automation, and system integration, ensuring the delivery of high-performance applications aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development experience, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT teams
- Design and develop technical solutions in Pega, utilizing low-code functionality, AI/ML integration, and responsive UI design (Cosmos React).
- Collaborate with Business Architects to translate technical requirements into functional solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to Pega best practices.
- Optimize application performance using complementary technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, SQL/NoSQL databases).
- Document architectures, configurations, and integration workflows to maintain technical quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Pega solutions, including at least one project on Pega 24.x (Constellation).
- Strong expertise in Pega Dev Studio for advanced rule configuration, workflow automation, and integrations.
- Experience in Admin Studio for environment management, performance monitoring, and application security.
- Ability to collaborate with business teams using App Studio for case design and rapid prototyping.
- Proficiency in Pega DX API and adaptive interface design.
- Hands-on experience integrating Pega with APIs and microservices for seamless system interoperability.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) certification.
- Familiarity with Prediction Studio for predictive model implementation and Decision AI strategies.
- Experience in digital transformation projects focused on intelligent automation (RPA, Process AI).
- Additional Pega certifications such as CLSA (Lead System Architect) or CPDC (Customer Decision Hub).
- Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in remote teams and manage priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for integration and scalability challenges.
- Strong decision-making abilities and leadership in guiding development teams.
- A mindset of empathy, innovation, creativity, and motivational leadership.
