Intugo, in partnership with a leading U.S.-based digital legal solutions company, is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. Our partner empowers law firms and individual attorneys across the U.S. through cutting-edge legal content, tailored digital marketing strategies, and powerful online tools.

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering impactful client solutions—coordinating cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring the flawless execution of marketing campaigns.

?? What You'll Do

• Lead the development and rollout of digital marketing projects for law firm clients
• Coordinate across internal departments, clients, and support teams throughout all project phases
• Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet quality and deadline standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
• Solve problems proactively and lead project teams to deliver measurable results

?? What We're Looking For

• Solid understanding of web design and digital marketing concepts
• Experience working with marketing agencies and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with legal industry marketing is a strong advantage
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
• Strong consultative and analytical skills—including interviewing, ideation, and solution planning
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership qualities: self-motivated, solution-driven, and positive attitude
• Advanced English level—daily interaction with U.S.-based clients
• Desirable: Currently living in Mexico City
