Production Manager-Food Manufacturing Plant Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree
Four plus years of production-related work experience.
USDA/FDA/SQF (Safe Quality Foods), HACCP or Fresh Prepared foods preferred
Ability to spend 80%-90% on the production floor
Availability for relocation to Texas.
About the roleCoordinates, plans, and implements production and cost targets, continuously improving efficiency, food safety, quality, and supply chain capacity according to internal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities: Ensuring compliance with the production plan according to product demand.
Ensure continuity of production based on finished product and raw material stocks, placing orders with the necessary anticipation according to the production plan.
Design and implement policies and procedures for optimum operation, complying with national standards and competent audits.
Ensure safe operation and compliance with procedures and protocols for the correct use of machinery and tools.
Develop and manage projects through resource management, people management, and attention to KPIs.
What we offer:
- Salary range between $ 70,000 - $ 80,000 Per Year.
- Schedule: Managers on-site are required to work some Sundays, and extended hours may be required based on business need.
