Job Title: Manufacturing Manager
Opportunity for growth and learning of other departments
Lear Corporation- Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico, Torres Plant (Presential)
We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Manufacturing Manager, based in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, México (E-Systems Division).
As Manufacturing Manager will have an excellent opportunity to be a better leader to achive all the company goals.
Your Task will be:
• Supervise harness production on a daily basis.
• Participate and monitor the implementation of the continuous improvement system in the downtime parameters in the manufacturing area.
• Verify the monitoring of quality, safety and total productive maintenance standards in the plant.
• Meet and improve the goals of the KPIs assigned to your function.
• Monitor and promote the reduction of waste (scrap).
• Administration of materials and equipment to your load, ensuring its correct use.
• Ensure the proper monitoring and solution of problems out of control or impact on the results of the operation.
To be successful in this role you will need:
• Education Industrial, Electric, Electronic Engineering.
• Automotive and harness company experience.
• 2 years of experience as Manufacturing, Quality or Engineering Coordinator.
• English Intermediate level.
• Problem solving skills.
