To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Interim of Manufacturing Eng. (Student) located in Aguascalientes

The Interim of Manufacturing Eng.will report to the Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager. The role for the Interim of Manufacturing Eng. is supports to Manufacturing Engineering, Production & New Programs Teams providing the facilities required for manufacturing operations, such as working cells, assembly benches / tables, racks, kitting carts, etc.

What a typical day looks like:

• Identify improvement opportunities of space usage to have available area for internal needs.
• Design of kitting karts, racks and working benches for Metal Fab needs.
• Develop video process analysis.
• Take standard times for NPIs.
• Detect and report improvement opportunities (savings & productivity).
• Update safety guidelines applicable to Metal Fab Operations (SOPs.)
• Participate on corrective actions implementation reported during ARMS audit.
• Implement Lean manufacturing concepts.
• Usage of office programs for process improvements.
