Overview

Serás responsable de garantizar la correcta orientación al mercado en la red de ventas impulsando la comunicación y el conocimiento de las estrategias de segmentación, campañas comerciales y ofertas de valor diferenciadas así mismo, contribuir en la adopción y sostenibilidad del modelo de dirección y gestión con el fin de rentabilizar y potenciar el negocio de la BEyG
Lo que harás:

Impulsar la rentabilidad y competitividad de la División, a partir de análisis de segmentos y sectores de su región

Garantizar la comprensión y difusión en la RED BEyG de ofertas a clientes de los segmentos necesarios para construir 'customer experience' diferencial

Impulsar el cierre de oportunidades y campañas comerciales

Asegurar la adopción del Modelo de Dirección y Gestión de Experiencia Única en la División, como palanca para alcanzar la rentabilidad y competitividad de la BEyG

Garantizar entendimiento y aplicación del Governace y la implantación de proyectos institucionales
