Job Description
- Develop and maintain standard work instructions to optimize production processes and micrologistics efficiency.
- Coordinate prototype testing for new products and variants prior to production line implementation.
- Lead design modifications and continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.
- Perform OEE analysis to identify and implement improvements in Front-End and Back-End production lines.
- Design and implement innovative solutions to optimize plant resources and automate operations.
- Lead key team members, fostering collaboration and performance.
- Expert in time management, with a strong focus on meeting production goals and deadlines.
- Experience in consulting and troubleshooting MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
- Performs time studies for machines and labor to support accurate capacity planning and calculations.
- Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) standards and deviation management.
- Hands-on experience with material master data parameterization (FERT, HIBE, HALB, and HAWA).
Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in excel.
- Experience with Honda CMS is a strong plus.
- Experience with OES transfers is highly desirable.
