Are you passionate about data and excited to design strategic dashboards that drive key decisions? We have the perfect opportunity for you! As a DATA ANALYST SPECIALIST, you'll be the driving force behind the KPIs that propel our business forward. You'll work closely with the management team and IT department to develop strategic projects, leading the transition to data visualization models that enhance efficiency across the organization. Additionally, you'll support other departments with similar needs, promoting a collaborative and integrated approach.
What will you do in this role?
- Design and develop KPI dashboards on leading platforms, based on the business's strategic requirements.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure efficient data integration and accurate visualization models.
- Develop relational models between KPIs to facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Support the team in commercial projects by analyzing data and generating reports that maximize profitability.
- Manage large datasets, integrating and visualizing information for multiple departments.
- Manage the IT area to ensure tools are in optimal condition.
- Support the operations and administration teams, enhancing their operational efficiency.
What do you need to apply?
- Degree in Science, Calculus, Mathematics, Mathematical Physics, or related fields.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in IT, Call Center, or Fintech.
- Advanced data analysis and visualization skills.
- Advanced English for communication with global teams (the interview will be conducted 100% in English).
- A proactive mindset, results-focused approach, and a passion for improving processes across the organization!
