For one of our clients in the Insurance Segment, we are searching for a Enterprise Architect.

Responsibilities

Description:
- The EA is a senior role within the CTO team performed by someone with some IT leadership and is a passionate subject-matter-expert (SME) on business and IT architecture
- The EA role will have set career development objectives that represent the seniority and leadership aspects of the role
- The EA will lead small client engagement projects and support a Principal EA or the CTO on large and complex projects
- It is expected that the EA will be developing their experience and skills as an EA and may already have professional accreditation in IT

Key Responsibilities:
- As a member of the Office of the CTO, the Regular EA will participate and contribute to business revenue and margin target strategies, with the intention of growing the Luxoft Banking business
- Become a trusted team member, establishing a network within the Luxoft Banking team and initial client relationships
- Learn and understand emerging banking and technology trends, adopting a forward-thinking insight into potential industry impact and growing a positive voice of opinion that contributes to the CTO's advisory position
- Lead in developing client strategies, architectures, blueprints, roadmaps, and transformation plans
- Training to become a domain expert within a particular area of banking, formulating a training program and managing it to progress within the industry

Qualifications
• Professional certification in Enterprise or IT Architecture desired but not essential
• 2+ years of related industry experience within Enterprise or IT Architecture is desired
• 2+ years of experience in banking or financial services is desired but not essential
• 2+ years of experience in solution or IT consulting services is desired but not essential
• Demonstrated and sustained results achievement

Knowledge and Skills
• Excellent communication/presentation skills, collaborator, consultative-selling, critical thinking, data driven analysis, design thinking, Agile/XP and timely follow-through.
• Good at learning complex subjects within a tightened timeline and performing learned theory in a challenging client environment
• Good knowledge of emerging industry trends (Cloud Service Providers, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, AR/VR, IOT, Distributed Ledger Technology, Industry 4.0, DevSecOps, API/Serverless, Platform Ecosystems, Agile/SaFE).
