Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries and correspondence professionally and clearly.
• Document Management: Create, organize, and maintain digital and physical files and documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
• Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately enter and update data in company databases and prepare reports as needed to support decision-making processes.
• Technical Support: Assist in troubleshooting minor technical issues and liaise with IT support for more complex problems. Provide technical assistance to team members as needed.
• Project Coordination: Support project management efforts by tracking progress, updating project plans, and assisting in coordinating resources.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company events, webinars, and virtual meetings, ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on various topics as required, compiling findings into clear and concise reports.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to developing and implementing new procedures.
Qualifications:
• Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and external partners.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar). Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues and provide solutions independently.
• Time Management: Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and build positive relationships across departments.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a remote environment and adapting to new technologies and processes.
• Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in an administrative or technical support role is highly desirable.
