MISSION
- The NAO Service Parts Program & Sales Manager is responsible to support managing the service parts P/L for the NAO region for all customers and support the NAO region annual budget.
- Work in collaboration with each individual customer center Sales Manager for specific commercial strategies and manage risks and opportunities.
- Work is performed in a fast-paced environment within tight time constraints.
- Travel requirement - 10% domestic and international (Passport needed)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage industrialization of new service project on service BMM & flex cell at Ramos plant.
- Manage QCTR of new service project industrialization activity.
- Work with plant service team, technical center development team, customer service team to manage any changes (ECRs) after end of production till end of service.
- Establish and maintain all service part contracts with all customers and work with each CC sales assistant for proper SAP data entry and finance for material margin tracking.
- Co-ordinate with CC sales managers to ensure all contracts are reviewed on a regular basis to maintain a current risk and opportunities tracking for service part price increase opportunities.
- Work with Purchasing team to establish and maintain all service part tooling asset database including physical locations of all PO owned and customer owned assets, including those at supplier's locations.
- Help maintaining a 15-year service contract tracking database and process of tooling asset disposal and lifetime buy options for customers once the end of service life obligation is complete.
- Work with plant supply chain team & customer to establish and maintain service packaging requirements for components and finished tank assemblies to be procured by the PO sites for distribution to the customer.
- Key contact of Ramos Service team for other NAO plants and Technical centers.
ACTIVITIES
- Work with the plant material teams to maintain the proper level of day-to-day service part inventories requirement.
- Work with Plant engineering & Maintenance team for day-to-day support required in running flex cell & assembly equipment's.
- Manage the short-term & Long-Term service part industrial consolidation into the Ramos, Mexico site as the main end of production service center for the NAO region. This will include a new initiative to relocate all service tank shells and applicable tooling to Ramos by the end of 2024.
- Support flex cell manager to get necessary information required from production plants & Tech. centers.

PROFILE REQUIRED
Personal Background
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Engineering or Business
- Direct experience with service part management preferred
- 2 to 3 years related business/automotive experience
Skills and Abilities
- Computer proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic ability to navigate Internet and Intranet software packages
- Ability to maintain working relationships with internal and external customers
- Must be flexible, dependable and creative
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Professional verbal and written communication skills (English required)
- Ability to collect, maintain and analyze data
- Must be able to manage time and determine priorities
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations
