We are looking for a Pricing and Customer Service Executive for a leading freight forwarder in Mexico City.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Business or related field.
Intermediate business English is a must (you will be dealing with English speaking staff and clients).
Minimum 3 years' experience in purchasing and pricing in the maritime logistics sector.
Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service within the freight forwarding industry.
Minimum of 3 years sales and marketing experience in shipping companies.
Knowledge of the maritime / shipping sector and international logistics.
Experience in developing a network of business contacts in the industry, strengthening relationships with key suppliers and ocean carriers, logistics providers, shipping lines, port agents, port agents and customers.
Excellence in customer service and support
Knowledge of the forwarding logistics process, particularly in the maritime sector.
Management of purchasing, pricing, customer service, quotations and KPIS.
Price and data analysis
Intermediate knowledge of office automation - especially Excel
