About position

The Business Analyst bridges technology and the business. They take a proactive approach to improving the organization's effectiveness through advocating technology in processes and planning. The Business Analyst takes a lead role as an active driver of business results.

Specific duties:

• Coordinate SAP test activities and managing release processes across multiple teams and time zone.
• Alignment with developers, functional leads, and project managers to plan, execute and monitor test cycles and deployments
• Review test progress, analyzing defects, updating test and release documentation, and ensuring quality gates are met.
• Facilitates daily syncs, supports issue resolution, and prepare reporting for stakeholders.
• Work on improving tools, automation strategies, and release standards while maintaining alignment with project timelines and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in SAP Test management and/or Release Management.
• Direct involvement in at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation or mayor upgrade project.
• Knowledge or SAP and Non-SAP deployment models and release governance.
• Strong understanding of SAP Business processes (e.g. finance, supply chain, manufacturing)
• Knowledge on SAP CloudALM, SAP ChaRM, Change Management in general.
• Flexibility and strong collaboration skills to interact with APAC, Europe, LATAM and North America teams and time zones
• Fluent English (Spoken and Written). German is a plus
• Desirable certificated on ISTQB Test manager, SAP Certified Application Associate, ITIL Foundation / Release Control and Validation certification
