What you'll do?

This role requires a strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle, Automation, REST APIs, and JavaScript. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of backend systems through rigorous testing. They should be analytical to identify the scenarios we need to automate and have the technical skills to set up the required environments or connections to be able to test.

What you'll bring:

Strong proficiency in JavaScript.

1. Experience with REST API testing.
2. Familiarity with Postman or other API execution/testing tools.
3. Proficiency in using Git for version control.
4. Experience working in agile teams and using Kanban boards.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
7. Strong experience in Functional Testing.
8. Desired Skills:
9. Experience with tools like Postman and Newman.
10. Knowledge of logging and monitoring tools such as Splunk or Sentry.
11. Familiarity with AWS DevOps tools.
12. Plus Skills:
13. Experience and understanding of CI/CD.
14. Additional programming languages or testing frameworks.
15. Knowledge of performance testing and security testing.
