We're seeking a dynamic and motivated BDC Representative to act as the crucial communication link between valued customers and the dealership. If you're passionate about customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries, schedule appointments, and diligently follow up with customers and prospects to convert leads into successful sales.
• Proactively reach out to existing customers to build and maintain strong relationships, identifying new sales opportunities.
• Manage and update the customer database (CRM), ensuring accuracy and completeness of all customer information.
• Coordinate follow-up with in-store sales associates and managers, ensuring a smooth customer service/sales process. Answer customer phone calls and online inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
• Make outbound calls, confirm appointments, and follow up with sales leads. Schedule appointments for test drives and follow up with customers.
• Ensure phones are answered promptly and professionally throughout your scheduled shift.
• Provide a best-in-class customer experience.
