YOUR TASKS
Managing the plant within the framework of the company guidelines, in order to meet the production plan in terms
of quantity, quality, deadlines and economic feasibility and guarantee continual improvement, and represent the
company Hella in public
Ensure, comply with and bear responsibility for the COP (conformity of production) requirements defined by the
law for the products to be manufactured at the plant on behalf of the license holder
LEADERSHIP
- Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure. Instructing and
supporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill the tasks - Guiding, instructing and supporting employees in function-related tasks
- Responsible for hiring process and sustain the team performance and evaluation as well as qualification
demands - Managing of employees according to targets and delegation, to select, to qualify and further develop
employees on the basis of a culture of trust, control effectiveness, in order to develop and compensate
potential and promote individual competencies, to achieve the targets of the department
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Ensuring the fulfillment of the production plan within the context of target agreements, in order to achieve
satisfaction with internal and external customers by delivering the goods at the right time, in the required
quality and quantity - Fulfilling the strategic quality targets (technical and logistic) within the framework of target agreements and
on-site audits, in order to guarantee internal and external customer satisfaction - Provision of means for human resources, technologies and systems. Achievement of the specified
economic targets through economic use of the resources man, material and operating equipment, in order
to remain competitive on the global market - Arranging employee training and qualification. Provision of safety equipment of all kinds within the legal
framework, in order to create maximum-safety conditions for the health of our employees - Implementation of the Environment Management System (in accordance with the Environment
Management manual), in order to implement the environment-related requirements of legislation - Agreeing staffing levels and supporting the tasks for target achievement, monitoring human resources and
welfare and giving impulses, as well as cooperating constructively and negotiating with the Works Council,
in order to achieve the factory targets and a positive working climate - Ensuring the series application of new products according to our customers' requirements in cooperation
with other posts in the company, agreeing test criteria, arranging for and approving the sourcing of
production equipment and technologies within the framework of the investment plan, monitoring production
technologies, in order to keep costs as low as possible for series production, win follow-on orders and
secure jobs in the long term - Design and production of jigs, machines and measuring equipment, approving and arranging for the use
of existing know-how for low-cost technically optimum solutions within the framework of the investment
plan, selection of production methods and operating equipment in order to use the know-how available in
the company cost-efficiently and provide optimum-quality operating equipment on schedule - Approving and arranging for repairs of and maintenance work to operating equipment, machines, energy
supply systems and buildings within the framework of the investment plan / repair plan, approving and
arranging the production of new operating equipment within the framework of the investment plan, in order
to ensure the functionality of the factory cost-efficiently - Involvement in strategic inter-disciplinary company projects in order to meet customer wishes more quickly,
optimize efforts of increasing employee satisfaction and secure jobs - To recognize, to understand, and to comply with the requirements and objectives of those official bodies
who have legal rights over the operation of our company in order to create a positive cooperation towards
the operation of our business - To recognize, to understand, and to comply with the requirements and objectives of Hella internal
