We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Automation Engineer to lead and execute automation projects that enhance plant performance and efficiency. If you're a problem solver, a technical leader, and committed to continuous improvement, this could be your next great opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Execute and manage automation projects from start to finish.
• Own assigned activities and deliver results aligned with plant goals.
• Drive improvements through data analysis, problem-solving, and collaboration.
• Ensure seamless integration of automated systems into operations.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

W?hat We're Looking For

• Engineering degree, preferably in Mechatronics or Automation.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role (Automation Project Manager).
• Strong knowledge of process automation, decision making, and problem solving.
• Basic programming skills in PLC, HMI, and robotics (Allen Bradley/Omron preferred).
• Familiarity with project management tools, Microsoft Office, Minitab, CAD.
• Strong English communication skills — both spoken and written.
