Responsibilities:

Execute delivery and logistics activities, ensuring on time shipment from the ship site to on time delivery to the customer. In addition to the day-to-day SAP transactions the position also involves working with team members to resolve delays, equipment challenges, etc. that may impact on time delivery to the customer. This position will interface with their counterparts in Customer Service, Supply Chain Planning, Sales, Quality and Production Sites to meet productivity and quality metrics thereby ensuring a seamless order-to-deliver process.
Teminal Management - Contract execution & Inventory Reconciliation. Bulk Marine - Contract execution
Rail Ferry and overland Rail shipment tracking
SOX Compliance
Incident investigation, preventive and corrective action.
Invoice review/approval.

Qualifications:

1-3 years logistic experience

Bilingual Englis-Spanish

Basis knowledge of overland transportation modes
Excel, Word, Power Point
Experience in SAP and TMS an advantage
Good communication skills
Troubleshooting/problem solving skills
Process improvement driven

Desired:
Bulk Marine, Rail and Terminal experience/knowledge

Bachelor's Degree (Supply Chain Management, Business, Chemical Engineer, etc.)
