The engineer will have the ability to work out of our Guadalajara, Queretaro offices or work remote. There will be the potential to travel to the engineering center based out of Matamoros Mexico. The FEA Engineer must have 5 plus years of Abaqus experience.

The FEA Engineer will be responsible for the static analysis, dynamic analysis and non linear FEA for plastic components. The work will be supporting strain, stress and fatigue of accelerated pedals E-brakes, and sensors. The engineer will evaluate load cases and present results to the management team.

Qualifications:

• BSME minimum
• 5+ years' experience required in FEA Analysis
• Knowledge of non-linear FEA using ABAQUS with emphasis within plastics
• Good understanding of engineering mechanics, with strong mechanical and spatial aptitude
• Must be fluent in written and verbal English.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge in accelerated brakes, E Brakes and sensors
• MSME
