An important metalworking company located in the La Bomba Industrial Park is seeking to fill a Customer Quality Engineer position due to growth.
What you'll do:
Provide proper follow up to all quality issues related to the customer by leading the multidisciplinary team. Coordinate all activities to ensure the customer satisfaction meet the expectation. Drive multidisciplinary team to problem resolutions. Promote customer standpoint at plant level. Promote continuous improvement and zero defects culture. Customer satisfaction 8D's response on time PPAP approval Proper documentation in the systems 1. Primary contact for external quality issues 2. Communicate customer claims to the plant 3. Team leader for customer 8D's 4. Validate CA's effectiveness to prevent reoccurrence. 5. Responsible of monitoring the customer scorecard. 6. Responsible to provide response to the customer. 7. Team leader for customer 8D's. 8. Responsible of coordinate external sorting activities. 9. Responsible to obtain PPAP approval for engineering changes. 10. Update and monitoring of customer portals 11. Leader of customer visits related to quality items
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
Conversational/Fluent English (INDISPENSABLE)
Bachelor Degree: Industrial Engineering, or similar.
Knowledge in IATF 16949 & VDA 6.3 (Certificated)
Customer portals
