Experis IT, part of ManpowerGroup, is collaborating with a company specialized in enterprise mobility solutions to find a Post-Sales Support Engineer for a direct hire position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical post-sales support for enterprise mobility equipment, including handheld terminals, barcode printers, and barcode scanners.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues remotely and on-site.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, installations, and configuration.
• Maintain technical documentation and customer case tracking.
• Deliver technical training and basic user guidance to clients.
• Communicate directly with clients to address technical inquiries and service requests.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years in technical support, ideally with experience in mobile computing or industrial devices (Handhelds).
• Hands-on knowledge of Zebra, Honeywell, Datalogic, or similar brands.
• Proficient in Windows, Android, and/or Linux environments.
• Familiar with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license. Personal vehicle is highly preferred (fuel and maintenance support is available based on travel distance).
