What You'll Be Doing:
Track, record and respond to moderate to highly complex requests for IT technical support from our Executive staff as well as other users. Technical support will include workstation hardware, software and peripherals.
Assist Level 1 and 2 analysts with troubleshooting issues.
Collaborate troubleshooting of highly complex issues with 3rd level support teams.
Local support for Microsoft Teams room, and other A/V systems
Provide on-site support to our Executive staff for off-site meetings.
Document procedures and processes.
Function as department head during manager's absence.
Support hardware lifecycle management of end user devices including deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
Collaborate with hardware vendors to facilitate delivery and return of hardware assets.
What We Are Looking For:
Typically requires a 4-year degree and 2-4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English & Spanish.
Experience with Desktop Support, A/V support and Asset Management.
ServiceNow experience preferred.
Microsoft 365 experience / Cloud Software experience.
Various hardware and software skills.
Work Arrangement:
Fully In Office: Monday-Friday. Overtime work as needed.

$28,333.33 - $42,495.83 MXN Monthly
