Order Management Analyst - Supply Order Management - Veracruz

Order Management Analyst
Veracruz

Educational level: Bachelor's degree/Engineering
Career: Industrial Engineer, Foreign Trade Degree and Logistics Degree or similar
Experience: 2 years minimum
English: Intermediate-Advanced

Purpose:

Supervises the follow-up of large customers' production order, ensuring the registration of requests for quotations, guaranteeing delivery commitment/plant pre-booking production, receiving and processing purchase orders, assuring purchase order fulfillment and responding to customers' needs and expectations.

Main responsibilities:

• Manages the order processes starting from the order operative in the TAMSA legacy system and follows the different production stages with the programming, quality and production departments, informing the commercial departments and supply chain areas.
• Coordinates the business management work and follows up with the Programming Department on the readiness date of orders to book containers, liner vessels, or flights to dispatch the cargo to different regions until the business sales conditions are fulfilled.
• Assists the Order Execution Manager/Leader in the order entry process of service and coating orders until the business sales condition is fulfilled.
• Follows up the cycle of production orders, coating & machining services for international customers in a timely manner by processing purchase orders and verifying their fulfilment, controlling and planning the dispatch and responding to customer requirements.
• Loading of production orders (inter-mill orders and/or coating and machining services) into the SAP system and production follow-up through SIP of orders for the export market.
• Dispatch planning using DPT, GPL and FUT.
• Weekly meeting with regions (Supply Planning, Commercial Operations and DAOA) to inform the status and logistic of the orders.
